  • Section view gives a snapshot of the exact status of lot inventory; lot takedowns v. developer-owned lots.
  • Section view also gives a snapshot of the construction status of each lot:  no construction, under construction, or complete.
  • Section view also shows whether a lot has a homebuyer contract pending or is already closed to a homebuyer.
Architectural Review Committee
  • Provides one location to input data on builder home plans and associated details.  Variations can be noted on each lot record in “notes.”
Homeowners Association
  • Useful to instantly confirm a buyer contract.  This allows buyers in contract to have temporary access to HOA amenities.  This also assists in renewing or canceling temporary access to amenities depending on contract statuses.
  • Used to verify new home sale or resale properties so fees can be properly collected.
Reporting Capabilities

  • Sales Summary provides a weekly report of sales and traffic throughout the entire community, sorted by neighborhood and by builder.  Tracks monthly net sales and year-to-date net sales per neighborhood and per builder, as well as year-to-date traffic.
  • Lot Inventory Management Report – “Canned” report.  Overview of entire project in one report.  Summarizes lots owned by developer and builder, takedowns, home sales, calculates builder inventory under construction or vacant and shows how many homes in a neighborhood are closed to homebuyers.
  • Lot Status Report provides ability to query from multiple criteria, allowing user to define extent of information for specific reports.  Provides all lot information (developer, neighborhood, address, lot/block, lot type, MUD, builder, plan, takedown, contract, construction status, buyer).    
  • TakeDown Report – Instantly calculates lot takedowns by calendar week, month, quarter or year, or from inception.  The report query allows a combination of data selection:  by lot type, specific neighborhood, builder and/or developer.  Enormous flexibility.
  • Marketing Reports – “Dump” all marketing data by neighborhood or product type into Excel and sort it as needed by any field.  The possibilities are limitless.
